Document Management


At Document Management, admin users can add, edit or delete the employment document type, such as CV, ID card, Academic Transcript,etc., that can be attached by applicants on SunFish Online Recruitment. Later, this attachment will be transferred into Employee > Employee Information > Click on the Intended Employee No., Additional Info > Document Control . To access, go to Setting > Employee Setting > Document Management.
